Dancin' Monitor

hey my name is Caitlin, I have a 1989 Buick Century and it barley starts. I bought it for $300. I have a bag over the back window because it doesnt roll up. The breaks make all different noises and sometimes doesn't stop right away. Parts on the outside are falling off. The cieling keeps falling and is really low. Theres rust spots everywhere.
